I have been appointed on 1st April 2008 and for three years as “Rapporteur” (Expert) to the French National Commission on Elections Financing (Website only in French).

My tasks are, upon request, the followings: to monitor instructions of accounts of candidates or lists to the various elections in France; to submit a Report and a draft Decision to the Commission. Such draft Decision concludes either to approval of the account, or to approval after a revised account, or finally to reject the account of the candidate or list.

Published in November 2007, I coordinated the publication of the Practical Guide on Elections and Participative Democracy. I also wrote the Introduction of the Guide.

Since this publication, I am Coordinator of the regular updates regarding the Guide.
